He did a really good follow up, explained everything and the options. He literally drew on a piece of paper how it was going to work out, so I'm pretty satisfied. And he even offered to carpool with me which was really excellent customer service.

I appreciated that he had a good balance of professionalism & yet an ability to be relational. His communication skills, his compassion, his caring, his listening & his caring of both parties involved, I respected that. I was looking for that person that I could be open & communicate with, not just rush me out the door to get to the next client & make more money. My one concern was when it came to dealing with other lawyers, I wondered if he was communicating with them properly & not being too "soft" in response to their "brassy" personalities. He did come through in the end though & I was appreciative of that. The strength of Soloman is his relational skills- he shows empathy and cares about you individually, not just as a case number.

I literally have zero negative feedback. Soloman really came to my aid in a time of need & desperation. He just did an absolutely tremendous job.
